The concept of Empirical Metaphysics was inspired by Immanuel Kant's 'Prolegomena to any Future Metaphysics that will be able to Present itself as a Science'. Immanuel Kant was the first person to recognise the existance of Galaxies and describe how the solar system was formed.

At the time the author was working at Utrecht University in an exchange project between the Institute of Sonology and the Dept of Physics- 1978.

Theoretical work had progressed and it became necessary to take practical steps to extend the nature of the project, as the direction at Sonology was becoming more theoretical.

While others at that time might have been more sympathetic - such as t'Hoogt, but the Director then was Hoogenboom- who reacted strongly to the nature of the project by destroying it ( tearing the paperwork into shreads in the presence of the author).

In an early version details were given of further action taken, that led to being forced to leave the country. It my be difficult to believe that this happened in a progressive and open country such as The Netherlands - though in general the author carried out a lot of work, which would not have been possible elsewhere and is grateful - this quite critical development is detailed in another note - but in the general the response is - 'Physics without Philosophy is like Music without Harmony'

.

Sussex Univ, showed some interest in the project particularly the technical staff but again it was too much for the Directors- 1980.

Prof. Lowenstein at Imperial College, London, gave some encouragement - particularly with one application - EnGen - but he was at that time under pressure himself with the authorities over his anti-gravity machine.- 1981.

The project was shelved while the author went to work for the MOD and designed the first release the guidance system for the most powerful weapon produced by the UK. This was followed by early work on the MRI scanner.

1983 - 1985 the computer language/interpreter Algol-X was developed to handle the constructions.

In this period detailed notes were produced to clarify the nature of Metaphysica Empirica - extracts to be presented.

Mathematica Proxima was developed to present the applications from this work such as EnGen and Zeises.

During the period up to the present work has progressed through the series of works Metaphysica Empirica I - VII.
